Joe Chill is a fictional character in the DC Comics Batman series. In many versions of Batman's origin story, he is a mugger who murders young Bruce Wayne's parents, thus making him indirectly responsible for Batman's existence. AND Riddler symbol on the wall too! is it past memories or present event ?. Is it a Wayne mansion or some metro way under the city? many possibilities.
